OneList
The Region of Waterloo is pleased to offer OneList, an online centralized registry and waitlist that simplifies the process of applying for all licensed early learning child care programs.
All parents will need to register online using the OneList website. The registration process is easy. You will need to first create an OneList account, once completed select the type of care you are requiring. In order to locate our program select the “Preschool/Co-op Nursery” option and then “half day am or pm” program option. You should then be able to see our name in the resulting list. Select Wellesley and District Cooperative Preschool and continue the registration process. If you need any help please don’t hesitate to contact the preschool directly.
In addition to registering through OneList, parents interested in registering your child can complete the online registration forms located below.

Fee
A one-time registration fee of $12.00 is due at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable. Please submit your completed forms and registration fee as soon as possible to reserve your child’s spot today. Thank you.
Canada Wide Early Learning & Childcare Plan
The provincial government has begun to implement the CWELCC program across the province, and centres that opt-in and are approved to participate will see fees reduced over the coming years to a minimum of $12 per day.
Families will see fees reduced up to 25% for 2022 (beginning April) and as of January 1, 2023 a further reduction of up to 52.75%.
The Wellesley Cooperative Preschool has been accepted to participate in this program.

Completion of the Registration Checklist, the Registration Form and the Waivers & Agreements Form are important steps in successfully enrolling your child in the Preschool program.
